Problem with product but they were more than accommodating [Posted on 2008-05-27]
I ordered this when I thought I had lost my original camera charger. It didn't work when I received and they were more than accomodating to have me return it. I found the original charger and they gave me a refund - happily, I might add! Great vendor to work with.
