I wanted an extra battery for my Canon SD400 digital camera, and this was perfect choice at a great price. No problem with the provider... delivered right on schedule.

This battery worked fine for the first five or so of charges but quickly degraded to the level when it suffice for a just a few shot. This is really low quality product that will fail you when you expect it to work.
No as good as Canon original [Posted on 2008-05-31]
Note that this is only 550 mAh. My original Canon battery was 750 mAh. That one lasted about three years (5000+ pictures) before I started noticing degraded battery performance. This replacement battery was okay for the first month or two. Now, only 6 months later, I am looking for yet another battery. I am thinking of spending the extra $$ to get the brand name Canon replacement.
