This is the correct ink for my printer. I do not buy lower priced substitutes. It was great to find this on Amazon at a good price and eligible for free shipping. I only wish Amazon stocked the complete set of inks for this printer which I purchased from them.

When it comes to ink for my R1800 photo printer, I am concerned with the quality of the images I print. The Epson matte black UltraChrome Hi-Gloss ink cartridge provides superior resistance to water, fading and smudging. It is important to me that my prints are of high quality, so I don't attempt to use the cheaper compatible ink cartridges. The color can be duplicated, but all inks are not created equal. Third party options may produce a good print initially, but may not hold up or last as long.

Amazon requested a review for this from me.. so here it is. Its great. Not sure what else to say, anyone using this printer knows this is the only ink you should use. Epson has high quality pigments that will last for years, they claim even centuries before fading.

Por supuesto todo lo Epson funciona perfectamente, lo que ocurre es que es un robo la duración de los cartuchos, y el hecho de que la impresora no trabaje aunque le falte el más irrelevante cartucho hace de esto un negocio fantástico para Seiko Corp en Japón, y un maltrato a los consumidores (clientes)
