The part fits perfectly and I can now use the filters that I have for my 35mm camera (55mm DIA) on the S7000.

This little gizmo did just what I needed it to do - add a filter (and, presumably a wide angle lens someday) to my FujiFilm FinePix S7000. I bought a circular polarizer to take photos in the Bahamas and I am very pleased with the result. Note: Your original lens cap may not work with whatever filter you attach to this adapter. They're cheap and readily available, so it's no big deal.

I shopped around for this lens adapter and good thing I did, I found this company selling it on here at Amazon, a "SALE" price. On this exact same item other vendors from the same company who I bought this from has this item number on other sites it was roughly about 60.00 or more in money and no "SALE" price! I paid roughly $20 - 25.00 for this fuji adapter! Wow...It pays to shop around!!! Ritz camera store in town, had to make a call out to order this for me and the cost was get this....$139.00 whooping dollars! What a rip off that store is! Anyway I only use Ritz's camera store for knowledge.
When I found out that my Fiji camera didn't ascept filters, I almost sold my camera on Ebay when I heard how much the adapter cost!
I would highly recommend this adapter, the fuji quality and I had no problems with the store. It arrived at my home with in 5 days.
I am very pleased with this purchase.
Yesterday I bought my 3 filters to screw into this adapter, and they work perfect. You must get a new lens cover too...Don't forget....
