We received the product in a very timely manner. We have started to use it and it is a blast! The directions were very clear. It is easy to operate, and fun to use.

I tell everyone that this item changed my life- however for the 3rd time the sound has stopped working. I can not use it as blue tooth for my phone, as a speaker for my ipod or most importantly to hear sound. I am so frustrated and I paid $425 for this.

I love our Garmin, I'm not worried anymore about going somewhere I've never been. It is easy to use and so helpful when traveling. We do alot of camping in the summer and it has not failed us yet in finding a campground we are looking for. Great product. We have purchased one for both of our sons and our sons girlfriend who kept getting lost coming home from college.

I make my living in field service and it's not professional or practical to ask customers how to get to their address. You'd be surprised at the number of people don't know the roads in their area! GPS is the way to go! I've been using my Nuvi 350 for a year and have taken it from California to Florida. If you're in the market for a GPS, look for something that will SPEAK the directions. This keeps you from having to look or touch the GPS while driving. This is especially important in congested areas or places that you are not familiar with. My Garmin Nuvi 350 is now a discontinued product, but I've been pleased with Garmin's support. I just updated the maps and software, which is another big plus. (Streets change, software improvements happen.) If something were to happen and I needed another GPS, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Garmin. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. The cheap GPS units at the $100 mark may not live up to your expecations. Find out what YOU want from the GPS and then find one that fits your expectation.
By the way, the screen on the nuvi 350 is 3.5 inches which is just right. Don't be fooled that bigger is better. Keep in mind, this sits in your field of view. Too much information displayed at one time is a distraction and can be confusing.
