I was on Amazon.com recently purchasing a book for my wife and for some reason the good folks at Amazon recommended a Platinum XL nose hair trimmer when it came time to checkout. I honestly don't know what the connection is between the cookbook that I purchased and a nose hair trimmer but on impluse I purchased it. I needed one anyway. Maybe Amazon has implemented some sort of ESP in their website or maybe my webcam was taken over by them and they could see my nostril hairs!!!
Anyway, I received the nose hair trimmer 3 days later and tried it immediately. I have to admit that I wasn't sure what to do with it. After reading the very simple instructions I got down to the job at hand
and trimmed away at my nose hairs. This trimmer is quality through and through. Solid stainless steel, nice smooth action, simple to use by simply inserting it in your nostril and twisting the bottom portion of the unit. I swear that within less than a minute all noticeable nose hair was gone, I didn't feel a thing (no pulling) and I didn't have to deal with the noise and the vibrating that my old trimmer was guilty of.
This trimmer also comes with a lifetime warranty and it is made in the USA and by the feel of it I will have it for a long time. Great buy!

I own a couple of Dovo products (straight razor and nail clippers) that are made by Dovo in Germany and was about to purchase one of their rotary nose hair trimmers known as the Dovo Klipette. After a little research I discovered that the Klipette is actually made in the USA and sold here as the Platinum XL. So, I was happy that this trimmer was available through Amazon.
This is a very well made stainless steel nose hair trimmer and does a fine job of easily trimming my nose hairs. The quality is so good that it will probably outlast me in terms of life expectancy! I especially like the feel of this trimmer, the compact size and the fact that it does not require batteries to operate.

No, it's not motorized but you know, it's wonderful. When you pick it up, you can feel the quality, it's heavy and well made and I don't foresee ever needing to replace it. It's worth every dime thus far!

I love the item. It's ease of use and performance is awesome! Easy to clean and stainless steel ( no rusting) Just a great invention...no pulling, very comfortable to use...I highly recommend it to all. Get rid of those nasty nose and ear hairs America!!!
