I never got the product. There was a shipping problem that was not J&R's fault. However, J&R refused to work with me and UPS to rectify the problem. J&R's customer service failed miserably. Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee stepped up to the plate and did a great job where J&R failed. Way to restore my faith Amazon.

Yes, they're ink cartridges. They work as expected. The capacity is as on most cartridges too limited for the price paid. They could easily tripple the capacity in the space they consume but will not as they make more money sell these cartridges than selling the printers themselves.
The quality level on photo paper is very high so I'll still keep them at 4 star.
