Powered up and no place to go. [Posted on 2007-02-09]
I ordered, from Amazon, the Leica Lithium battery on the same day I ordered the Leica D-Lux 3 camera, Jan. 9. The battery arrived in fine shape 3 days later--as for the camera, all I have received from Amazon so far are repeated notices of delays of delivery, now pushed back to APRIL!!. So, the battery may be fine--but don't order one for any Leica that you hope to have delivered by Amazon--you'll be stuck with a battery and no place to place it.
