I really, really disapointted with amazon, because this is not the battery for SDR-H40 camcorder... I dont know how to fix the problem because I send the camcorder and the battery as a gift to a friend in Central America... This shipment cost the price of the battery, what a shame...

I had purchased the battery in the month of august and today i opened it and found this does not suit for PANASONIC SDR H40, how can amazon do this. What should i do now. Let me know, what way i can return the Battery and get a suitable battery. I am regular customer.

I purchased this battery as a recommendation from Amazon as a compatible product to a Panasonic camcorder, once received i realised it is not compatible and returned this product, was very disappointed!
