After months of working with my company perferred office products provider to get extra parts for the carmera they sold me after a co-worker lost the battery charger. I was as my witts end...I would call, speak with customer service and they would send the wrong item. One day someone said check Amazon...I did...got the right part it was so very, very easy. So in short... I would say....Amazon is better than hitting the Red "S" easy button.
