Excellent service from Lexar [Posted on 2006-11-09] I own many Lexar memory cards and am very satisfied with their performance. However, I must add that LEXAR (USA) provides EXCELLENT service. I live in Cape Town, South Africa..... whilst I was formatting one of my LEXAR cards in my Nikon D70, I terminated the formatting halfway (accidentally).... card was damaged..... sent card to LEXAR USA after logging the problem in their website and within 10 days I had a brand new card couried to me by LEXAR..... no questions asked.... This is outstanding service!!! Well done Lexar.....Exceeded expectations!
Excellent Card [Posted on 2007-04-10] I bought this to go with a Canon Digital Rebel and it was love at first sight. It is fast and I have never lost a picture from it. One note for anyone considering this - copy the software off it to a dvd or something as I forgot to and after formatting the flash in the camera, I now don't have the recovery software that Lexar is now charging for. I love this compact flash card and have to keep my eye on it as my daughter is constantly trying to switch it out with a cheap one of hers.
Great Speed [Posted on 2007-10-04] This flash card is great. I always thought the delay between pictures was due to the digatal camera, but I found out it was the other flash cards I was using. With this flash card I can take one picture right after another one without any delay.
Confusion [Posted on 2007-11-04] The item was ordered, the seller accepted the debit card, later refunded the money, and the item was never sent. No communication was made with me, so I lost time thinking that the compact flash card was on its way. Not sure what happened there and remain confused.
Thanks for listening,
Lee Vanden Bosch
Don't buy this card! [Posted on 2008-03-04] I'm a professional photographer, and I bought this card because of its
writing speed. After using it for a couple of months I would try to review
images in the camera and would get messages that the file was unavailable.
I'd reformat the card and it would tell me that I had twice the images I was supposed to.
I sent it back to Lexar for replacement and they said they never received it.
I've used other cards from other manufacturers without any problems.
I'll never purchase another Lexar product.
