I wasn't really enjoying my new laptop until I received this little mouse. Now I'm thinking about getting rid of my desktop! I haven't used it since this mouse arrived!

The mouse works very well, feels quite comfortable to use. I've had it for two months now and the computer has no problem sensing the device. The mouse has an on/off switch for energy-thrifty users, but hardly uses battery at all; I haven't had to change the battery yet. Highly recommend.

I bought the Logitech V220 mostly for its small size for my granddaughter to use when she uses my computer. Although I have used it only a couple days my granddaughter likes it and I find it is more responsive than my Logitech MX Revolution. I may not change back. Software to allow the scroll wheel to scroll sideways must be downloaded. The mouse is symmetrical so could be used left handed IF the downloaded software provides a button switch. Should be very handy for portable laptop use also as the USB plug plugs into the base of the mouse and the included AA battery is claimed to have a 6 month life.

I picked this thing up at Target today for 20 bucks and so far I love it. I wanted one because I can't stand using the trackpad on my macbook, not that its bad I just hate touchpads. This is very cheap, wireless, small and compact, and quick to install.
All that said, I do have a problem with the scroller, I turned the sensitivity all the way up and it is still kinda sluggish. This isn't too big of a deal because I might be able to up it more or just get used to it.
If you buy you will be happy to have it, even if its just for a backup.

This is a great mouse at a great price! I have had my v220 for over a year now and no problems. I recently got another for my sis who has vista and it worked just fine with no need to install drivers. Just plug and use! The kind folks at Logitech also included a battery. And let me stress how long the battery life lasts...I changed my battery after 8 months!
I thought the price would have come down since I paid a little less a year ago for the same mouse, but it is definitely worth it.
