This suberb audio CD is the culmination of the first studio project by The Eagles in almost 30yrs. It's amazing that The Eagles are still popular after more than 30yrs of recording and performing, especially since they don't debase their professionalism by smoke, fireworks, and hippity hoppity choreography. Don Henley and Glenn Frey are task masters by demanding near perfect adherence to the music score and vocal harmonies. This album is a Must for any Eagles fan. My personal favorite cuts are "Do Something", "I don't want to hear any more", "Waiting in the weeds" along with their new standard "Busy being fabulous".

Although I am a fan of 'classic' Eagles music, I found their new CD to be almost as enjoyable. The harmonizing of Don Henley and Glen Frey is never amiss. This CD brings in a taste of a more contemporary sound every so often. The title track is wonderful.
So much, so different. Several songs give you the impression that they have travelled from their early years of hard living to becoming earthy-crunchy bark eaters. All in all, a great CD as would be expected from such a seasoned group. If you're looking for the Eagles you used to know you might be a little disappointed, but if you're looking for a little change on an old favorite, you've found your CD.

This is an awesome CD. The music is beautiful and, as usual, very poignant. I highly recommend this to any Eagles fan.

More of a blues twist compared to eagles older music but still a must buy for eagles fans especially the older generation./

I'm an Eagles fan from long ago. I'm enjoying this CD. It's nice to see that they have evolved and write lyrics to reflect on who they've become, not who they used to be.
